In the case of someone writing a gift message

We use the information that you have given us in order to complete the intended purpose of the gift message by the customer and this information will not be stored.

We keep personal information for only as long as necessary for the assigned order to be processed and completed.

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.
